Survey questions: Sun seekers!?

The depletion of the ozone layer is the main reason for the increase in the number of cases of skin cancer. CFC’s have been banned in Canada. Considering this, do you think that the number of cases of skin cancer will decrease in the near future? Do you believe it is safe for people to "seek" the sun?

I am conducting a survey for our school project. So it would be very helpful if you provide me with your educational level, experience, background and age.

Survey questions: Sun seekers!?
I believe that much of it has to do with one's complexion. If you burn easily, your body's trying to tell you to take it easy.

One of the hot nutritional fads is now Vitamin D supplements. (The most easily-attainable source of this vitamin is sunshine.) Years of the "experts" frightening us to stay out of the sun has led to deficiencies, which has led to an outbreak in osteoporosis (see attached).

experience: the water level here in my area used to be 20 feet below the ground, 1981, now 2007, the water level is 2 feet above the ground so residents here have to put land filling materials and raising their houses.

not only skin cancers is prevalent, but also cataracts, and the yields of crops decreased, the UV rays are actually helpful if not overexposed to it. I read an article when a doctor who spend time under the sun every morning could not get rid of his rheumatism, finally discovered that during that time under the sun, he was wearing eyewears made of glass which most have content of lead to make it clear, thus UV rays in the correct dosage that should have been entering his eyes were block. Removing it during sun bathing, he quickly recovered.

The recommended time for sun bathing to get its power is starting from 5 minutes for beginners and not longer than 15 minutes even if one is used to the exposure. Also, expose as much skin as possible and not washing or wash the skin before and after the exposure so that the lipid, body covering oil, can take in the energy of the sun into the body.

To prevent the danger of UV, one must wear eyegears made of UV400 protective lenses and a hat between 9 am to 4 pm or depending on the location such as snowy, desert, concrete regions as to prevent the formation of cataract in the eyes which is accumulative.Even in cloudy days, UV penetrates the clouds and thus still harmful.UV ray is also deflective.
