Reply:If you're sending a survey, try giving a brief description of your place, and then listing the qualities you feel are important, and ask your prospective customer to rate them in order of preference or importance. Then provide a space for specific comments.
Reply:Quality of the food, service, atmosphere, price related to quality of the food obtain, and in the end ask if they would come back to the restaurant. Do not complicate yourself with open questions, so try to make short questionary, and always with anwers that are yes or no, or very good, good, average, bad, very bad (or similar). Good Luck
Reply:if you like restaurant business, come and work for us or we will sell it to you
Reply:Has anyone ever died from contracting food poisoning in your restaurant?
