This survey was presented to me at job interveiw for a position in the hospitality field: restaurant, hotel, basically customer services. The survey supposedly is to get to know my character, or personality traits.
Can answering survey questions at job interview hurt your chances at being hired?
If answering that survery is part of the hiring process, then NOT answering it can result in your not even being considered for a job
Reply:They are just trying to determine whether or not you have the right personality to fit well with their company. This is a valuable tool, as it keeps both you and the company from wasting time on training for a job that you may not be suitable for.
