men don't need women with big boobs to be turned on


we are fine if women are natural (nomake up or high heels even) we realize that what you do you do not for others but for yourself and it indeed is the inside that counts.

Reply:Not quite sure what you're asking. The most important thing to do before having plastic surgery is to make sure that the surgeon is board certified in plastic surgery (you can find out from the state health dept or education dept). Also you should ask the surgeon how many of the procedures he/she has done, what is the outcome, if your insurance is accepted (if your insurance covers cosmetic procedures).
