Please Help... What questions should I ask in a survey?

I'm doing a survey about Stem Cells and I'm having trouble making up questions. Any ideas?

Please Help... What questions should I ask in a survey?
you can ask why people think this is a controversial issue.

If they know what a stem cell really is.

If they know that stem cells come from adults too, not just embryos.

What they think of it and why.
Reply:Is your survey about whether we should continue stem cell research? You could ask how people they feel about it. Or possibly incorporate something involving the Umbillical cord and how they are making advances in technology with it. You should be more specific on what you are aiming to question people on.
Reply:Asked people first, do they know what a stem cell is? and make a section in your survey based on that question.

If no

Make a section on your survey asking people what do they want to know from Stem cells.
Reply:As a base... don't ask questions that limit people's responses like: I am. a. Republican b. Democratic.
