Quick martial arts dojo survey. Questions in detail section.?

I'm training for my health, not for the ranking nor the complete mastery of each style.
Reply:Art one:

1.) Aikido (Aikikai)

2.) 50x30 ft. (best guess, never actually measured the mat)

3.) 18 (2 kid's, 1 teen's, 2 weapons, 1 ukemi, 2 open mat, 10 adult's)

4.) depends... but for me, its usually between 4 and 9 per week depending on my schedule.

5.) 2 Rokudans (a married couple) - they have regular classes or teach whenever they are there for class

6.) Those having scheduled teaching responsibilities in the kid's, teen's and adult classes - 2 Yondans, 3 Sandans, 1 Nidan (he is probably the most naturally proficient student in the dojo - he just hasn't tested in a long time)

Those who fill in regularly for adult class - too many Shodans and Nidans and Sandans to list; the senior student teaches class

Those who fill in or assist with kid's and teen classes - 3 Shodans, 1 Nikyu (that would be me - I always get there early for class after work and used to be invited to help out. Now, I'm a regular assistant or lead class myself)

7.) Neither - the building is owned by Senseis.

8.) 65 for adults, no contract, flat rate regardless how often you attend with discounts for students and kids.

Art 2:

1.) Matsubayashi Shorin Ryu Karate

2.) 50x50 ft. (again a guess - never measured)

3.) 4 (when I studied that is)

4.) 2

5.) Rank - Godan, Title - Renshi

6.) 2 Sandans, 1 Nidan, 2 Shodans

7.) Subleased then later owned - Sensei converted an old barn on his own land into dojo space.

8.) I have no idea. At the time I was a student at that school, my parents were paying for me - it was when I was between 8 and 16 years old. I do know it was a 3 month term flat rate though.
