Poll and survey questions for Mormons?
I was a military brat and grew up all around the country %26amp; world - born in New Mexico, USA - currently in UT.


I am the youngest of 2.


I'm married, just celebrated our 18th anniversary and was 19 when we got married.


We have 3 boys and we have no plans for more.


I approve of celibacy for all unmarried persons - but recognize that marriage is a blessing and gift from our Father in Heaven and that intimacy is a wonderful thing between husband %26amp; wife.


On weekends, we often go hiking, fishing or swimming. We also do a lot of sports [especially soccer %26amp; football]. My hubby %26amp; I also take time out for a date every weekend.


Yes, I've seen R rated movies, but not recently. I decided I didn't need the vulgarity, gore %26amp; crudity. I have never smoked.


I spend a lot of time with my family. Aside from the fact that I'm a Mom and enjoy spending time with my sons [and coaching them in their activities %26amp; sports], my parents moved near us several years ago %26amp; I consider my mom my best friend. We work out nearly every morning together and have 'girl time' regularly.


This life is our opportunity to choose righteousness and obedience to the commandments and standards God set forth of our own free will.

weekend fun- watch movies, grocery shopping, wash my car, cook lunch with my kids.

Never smoke.


Time with family- always go straight home after work.(9-5)

I think if that is what they want it is okay with me. I do not think it is what God wants.

I like to dance, watch movies, play games, go swimming, racketball.

Marriage between a man and a woman is ordained of God and central to his plan for us on earth.


I go to parties, watch movies, go to concerts. normal stuff


I watched Pan's Labyrinth last weekend which is rated R. I very rarely watch rated R movies but I do occassionally with discretion. I have never smoked.


I am at work or school most of the time but I would say about 3 or 4 hrs. a day.

-- Four. I'm the oldest of five children.





Are you married? If so, at what age did you get married?


-- Nope, I'm not. If it helps, both of my parents are Mormon and they were 23 %26amp; 24 when they got married.





How many kids do you plan to have?


-- None. I hate kids and I hate taking care of them and I have absolutely no desire to be pregnant or have my own children (blunt, but true). If I have any, I'll be having one or two at most and they'll be adopted.





What do you think of celibacy that priests or nuns have?


-- Hmmm. Well first of all, to each his own. If they want to be celibate then that is their choice. But I don't think God intended for us to be abstinent our entire lives. I believe that sex is a very special thing and that God meant for us to have such a thing. I also believe that marriage is something God wants us to have, if we can.





What do you do for fun in weekends?


-- Shop, read (I'm a bookworm), hangout with my friends, play the piano (I'm learning how to at the moment so I practice a lot).

-- I watch PG13 movies all the time, and I watch rated R ones occasionally. I've never smoked and never will.

-- To learn and gain intelligence. To use the gifts we are given to help those around us and have a positive influence on the world. To prepare to meet God. To be a good person.
